No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy

At Hayden & Co. Therapy and Life Coaching, we value your time and are committed to providing high-quality support to all of our clients. To ensure fairness and availability, we kindly ask that all clients honor the following scheduling and payment policies:Appointments & PaymentAll appointments must be paid at the time of booking. This secures your session and allows us to maintain a consistent and reliable schedule.Cancellations and ReschedulingIf you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This gives us the opportunity to offer your time slot to another client.Late CancellationsCancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are considered late cancellations and are subject to a $50 fee.No-Show PolicyIf you miss your appointment without any prior notice (a no-show), $50 will be retained from the prepaid session amount. The remaining balance will either be refunded to you or applied toward your next appointment, based on your preference.After two no-shows, we may pause or reevaluate continued services to ensure availability for other clients who are actively engaged in their care.Running LateIf you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time to honor other appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session may be marked as a no-show and charged accordingly.
